'Life is too short to eat just anywhere' says Saša Obućina, the owner of Karuzo Restaurant in Sarajevo.

The place opened seven years ago and was named after the famous opera tenor Enrico Caruso. "It's a symbolic name. Caruso was a pioneer because he was the first to put his voice on a record. I was the first to open a vegetarian restaurant in Sarajevo, which also makes me a pioneer in a way."  Saša says.
